Naoki came to us from Pinal County with a messed up rear leg.  After a visit to the vet which included x-rays and blood work it was determined that she has multiple bone lesions brought on by a bad case of Valley Fever.  Naoki is going to need further medical care as we wait to see if her medications are working.

Naoki is a sweet heart and her current foster mom calls her "The Valley Girl Princess".  She is okay with the other dogs as long as they are not a puppy, after all she is a "Princess" and just can't be bother by puppy hi-jinks.  Naoki loves her bed and blanket and can be found buried under either one.  She is pad trained but will also go outside.  She enjoys her squeaky toys.  Naoki came into rescue  weighing less then 6 pounds, but after many adjustments, she is now over 6 pounds and gaining weight.

Naoki has fund a long term foster to adopt home, one that  loves and enjoys  her cuteness.  Noaki will need to go back in a few months for more blood work, to see if her current medication is working and to determine a further course of action for her.  She can not use her rear leg, but she doesn't let that get in her way.
