Meet Rosie,

Hi, being the princess I am, I insisted on telling my own story.

I am a poodle mix that is 2 years young.

I am a keen observer of my environment, one minute I am here and the next I am across the room.

Being a princess here are my demands:

Attention:  I demand and insist on it.  If I feel like it I will do a dance to get it.

Let's face it being a princess I wholeheartedly prefer to be an only child.

Sharing:  I don't.  I will not share my food, toys, crate, blankets, treats or my humans.  Hence, the only child part.

Environment:  I love to be outside so I can explore, they call it "An Escape Artist", I call it exploring..  They also don't like it when I might decide to see better by getting up on the counter or desk.  Hey, if you put a piece of furniture next to it, I am going to check it out.

To please my humans, I have learned the following commands:

Easy: for some reason they feel the need to say this when giving me a treat or taking food from their hands.

Sit, Leave it, and ok:  Why must they tease me like that when it is dinner time?

Last Trip: I know when it's bedtime, but I play along and do one last potty break before heading off to my crate.

When you leave I prefer to be in my crate, otherwise I get bored, and there is no telling what I can get into.

But really all I really would love is a soft lap to sit in and someone  who would love to spoil me with lots of love and attention.

 

Rosie's adoption fee of $245.00 includes her spay, microchip, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, Pima County license.  As an added bonus her former owner  has asked that Rosie's crate goes with her to her new home.
