Bessie is an one year old 19 pound Terrier Mix, who was surrendered to the local shelter along with her 6 puppies, we were contacted before her intake appointment and got the family out within an hour.

Bessie was a great mom and her puppies have all found great homes, now it is her turn.

Bessie is a sweet loving dog, she has done well with the mix of dogs in her foster home and has been one of the first to welcome newcomers, she loves to play with the other dogs.  Bessie uses the doggie door and will use a potty pad if she needs to.  During the day when she is not interacting with her friends she can be found laying at your feet, resting in an open crate, or in a lap.  Bessie has learned the word "crate" and will go into hers, but when you come home she is very excited and wants out right away.  Bessie is left out at night, and loves to sleep up in bed with you, she can jump up on a high bed with a running start. 

Bessie's adoption fee of $225.00 includes her current vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella), microchip, spay, and Pima County License Transfer fee.
